I use a lot of tripe. Lamb tripe is narrower and easier to cut. If you want to use beef tripe, it is tougher and bigger. It makes a better treat to chew. A stick of chew treat..
Tripe smells like a barnyard, but that’s why it gets your dog’s attention. Dogs and puppies love smells that people shy away from. Or run away from. But cutting tripe is a labor of love. It’s for our dogs and puppies after all. And tripe is the best reward you will find for your dog.
