On The Lookout For Good Dog Toys

You never know what kind of toy your dog will like, dislike, or will become his favorite, so it’s good to keep a lookout for toys with new flavors, textures, sound-makers, shapes, uses, and mojo. Have some fun and try them out! If your dog gives paws up, yay! If not, donate the rejects to your local shelter or swap them with your friends. That old saying, “One man’s junk is another man’s treasure,” applies to other species, too! Recycle those vetoed toys, but keep trying the new ones out. Variety spices up everyone’s life.

Dogs and pups who train through Outsmarting Dogs board-and-train dog training get a chance to try out a variety of dog toys, and we report back to their owners which dog toys their dogs-in-training favor.

Helen Verte Schwarzmann of Outsmarting Dogs dog training is always on the lookout for good dog toys. She found some new Nylabones at Costco this week, and one of her boarders, a charming miniature Poodle named Sammie, got nostalgic for and attached to an old flavor from the past. So much so, he even took it outside when nature called. outsmartingdogs.com
